Username" cannot be contact anymore....this won't affect your response rate

I have a buyer and he have already place order and we are already working on the order.. After I gave him some updates.....later I see that his username says it's cannot be contacted anyone....this won't affect your response rate

The order is still there and am still unable to talk to him.....what can I do please

You should log out and check if their account still exists by looking up their profile. If it redirects you to Fiverr's main page their account is most likely deactivated or under review due to violating Fiverr's ToS.
