Seller does not respond after payment

it's been hours since i made payment but the seller does not respond to my messages even though they are online. before i made a payment they were very responsive. now i was just asking them when will be the schedule of our meeting so that i can adjust my schedule but they don't reply. i understand if they are busy but i was just wondering if i should be alarmed?

Your payment is secure in any case so no need to worry about that part. 
For the communication: fiverr has some glitches that might be showing profiles online all the time even if the seller is not online. 
But you can also see the time at their place and if it’s day or night or after work hours in your chat messages on the top or on the bottom depending if you are using the app or web version

Go to resolution center and select "Cancel this order", for the reason, say "seller not responding."  That will get you a response.

My gig profile shows as being online even when I am not; I know because I asked a fellow seller to check for me.

please wait for a day at least, no need to worry about the money you can cancel your order and get a refund whenever you like. Sometimes Fiverr show people online he/she not.
