The interface appears faulty, not test was loaded. Trying to refresh the page, I get the message, “Your Gig will remain in draft mode until you complete this test. Please wait 91 days to retake this test.” What is This? Kindly Remove this bugs.

How many times did you took the test? Did you actually passed the test? If it's a problem like that and the message is not going away I think the best thing to do now is contacting the Fiverr Customer support service.
