If you haven't done any market research, and you have no understanding of who -- exactly -- you are trying to sell your services to, then I can't help you. You are a freelancer. You need to know these things before you have any chance of succeeding. Set business goals, and develop a plan/strategy for achieving those goals. Research your market, and your service competitors. Understand both. You need to figure out how to connect your services to the target buyers that need those services. I cannot do that for you. Those are your services, and your target customers. The connection is YOUR responsibility.

Freelancing  is not a "set up a gig, and the money rolls in" kind of thing. That's not how freelancing works. There's a lot of prep work, and that is work only YOU can do.

daily make 10 buyer requests?

Sellers do not send requests to buyers on the Fiverr platform. If you try to contact a buyer through any means other than Buyer Requests, you will get reported and get a warning against your account. However you can respond to Buyer Requests by going to your "more" menu and choosing Buyer Requests.
