I am a new seller have gotten an order yesterday.

Today I delivered it but the client didn't come online. What can I do ??

If you've delivered the order, it will be automatically completed in 3 days if the buyer doesn't accept it before then. So what can you do before then? Nothing! Sit back, do whatever you like and wait for the buyer to either accept or ask for revisions

The order that you delivered will get marked as completed automatically if buyer do not respond in 3days. If it happens, leave a message to buyer saying “hey! The order has been marked as completed automatically. Do let me know if you want me to make any changes further”

I appreciate your comment. But who are new seller they need client comment (review) for future.

It is important for you as a seller, however buyers are there for you to solve their problems, not them solving yours. 
Fiverr reminds buyers two times to leave a review and if they don’t leave a review it means that they don’t want to.
