I have problem. I delivered only basic package of the gig, so my client needs to pay me $25 instead of $95. But we don’t understand how to do it. As there is no options to pay not full sum. Heeelp me please

How do you delivered your basic package without accepting order from client ???  please clarify your question

Hi , For that you can send custom order request to your buyer of 25$.

Contact customer support. They will help you to close the current order without affecting your overall order completion rating if you give them relevant reason as in why buyer wants to do so. Later you can create  another order for $25.

I sent a custom order to the client. The client then asked me to do some extra work, but he did not have to do it later, so he asked me to reduce the price.
