Repeat Buyers

Hi Fiverr Community! 

I have a question related to the repeat buyers. 
One of my client has placed 2nd order with me. And once it was completed, he placed other multiple orders. 

I wanted to know, will it be considered as one repeated client or will be added as multiple client?
Because I was expecting this to be considered as separate one while it doesn't seem so
