Trouble getting orders

Hello there,

We are a group of architects from Argentina. I've been tasked to manage the Fiver area of the studio. I put all the gigs at an unbeatable price at 15$ each render, and even though they are very high quality renders, with the latest programs and most powerful videocards, im not getting any orders. Im worried, since the account is brand new, i have no idea how to get orders from a freshed made account. Many suggested to lower prices below standard, but i have lowered them so much, but still, zero impressions. How can i get more impressions? thanks in advance. My job depends on me to get orders.

No. Don't compromise. Especially if you're a team. It's not fair to your team to be working for less than you're all worth.

That means the gigs might not actually be active yet. First check here (under 'Gig Status') to verify that the gig is active: https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/selling-on-fiverr/gigs

(It might be active in your dashboard, but still pending approval from Fiverr behind the scenes.)

If your gig is 'active' then how many days has it been zero? If it's only one day, give it 24 hours. Sometimes systems are slow to update. If it's been zero more than 72 hours, and is listed as active, check to make sure it's in compliance with the Fiverr ToS and Community Standards.

If impressions are *not* zero, then it doesn't matter if you cannot find your own gig. Other people can, or you would not be getting impressions.

Otherwise, please see:

So put that in your profile: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360011421118-How-to-make-your-Fiverr-profile-stand-out?segment=seller

  1. Set expectations with your team that Fiverr is a HYPER competitive platform which can require a lot of time to build a client base
  2. Be realistic if you have a customer base here.  I'm probably not your target audience, but Fiverr would not be where I would go for architectural or design work.
  3. You have no profile description
  4. Take a look at your keywords for your gig.  "English" probably isn't going to pick up a lot of people looking for your service.  That's kind of a generic way of getting English speaking people, but Fiverr works off of niche keywords.
  5. as @imagination7413 pointed out, don't overly discount your prices.  Would you go to an automobile salesperson who advertised new cars for $1000, or the one who advertised realistic prices with good supporting material.
