Account Deactivated by Mistake/Fiverr Contact Option

Hi!

I was happy with the service I was getting, but all of a sudden my account was accidentally deleted or deactivated. I tried reactivating the account, but to no success. I paid for services on the deactivated account, and would like my account reactivated.

This is my problem... Fiverr does NOT have a customer support number...no chat recommendation...nothing. They have an email that states that they'll contact me within the next 12 HOURS? This is completely unacceptable. I mean, I was happy with the web designer I got. He seemed to know what he was talking about. However, with a deactivated account, there is no way he can work with me and Fiverr is in no shape to help me because they don't have a "live" person to talk to or even a "chat" option. NOTHING. 

That being said, it doesn't look like I can work through Fiverr. I had no idea that their technology was NOT up to par with todays day and age. I can't be doing business with a web designer, and the third party not have any option to contact them at ALL? 

I'm just stuck and out of a lot of money that I don't know if I can get back in time to re-start this project. 

My account needs to be reactivated or my money needs to be refunded within the next 24 hours. I'm just very disappointed with Fiverr. I had no idea that they DID NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE that can help. None at all. There is only an option to email them, and that takes almost 12 hours for a response? Why?

In other words, tech company hadn't really started working on it fully when my account was deleted. I got a zoom call from them this morning, but that was the extent of it. I gave them my password and everything to start the process. I was excited about it, then bang... account was deactivated by mistake. I tried to log back in and couldn't. So it isn't their fault, but Fiverr should be able to fix this in a timely fashion. The email response I got back from them basically said that I would need to wait 12 hours for a reply... but that they will try to reach me as soon as possible. I'm sad about all of this.

How is my account active. I'm using a different email right now to text this. I'll try logging off and logging back in with my deactivated email address to see what happens.

UPDATE...

my account has been deactivated. I'm using a different email address right now to get help.

When I searched using your username the account is active.

Customer Support will get back to you and help you with this.

We are just buyers and sellers on the forum.
