"You can not do that" when trying to view orders on app

Hello, I'm getting an error and its preventing me from viewing my orders (past and present) as well as messages from my sellers.  If anyone has a fix for this I'd love to know, I cleared the cache, redownloaded the app, and restarted my phone but I still am unable to check my orders.
