I opened another account after fivver disabled the other one and now they have permanently disabled me. After I just got my first order

So you didn’t read fiverr TOS even after your account got disabled?

Anyway, creating a new account by the Fiverr's TOS as it states:

Multiple Accounts - To prevent fraud and abuse, users are limited to one active Fiverr account and one active Fiverr Business account. Any additional account determined to be created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages, or mislead the Fiverr community will be disabled. Note: any violations of Fiverr’s Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards is a cause for permanent suspension of all accounts.

If your account has been disabled any further accounts you create will also be disabled.

Make sure to read and abide by the rules of any further platforms you choose to join otherwise your account there will be disabled also.

Yep.  Sounds right to me.  Those ToS are there for a reason.
