awesome_abhay_ Posted April 9, 2022 Share Posted April 9, 2022 Hello everyone, My client asked me to make some changes in my edited video, few hours before delivery, I made all changes and delivered it to her, but i got late.. i guess 1 hour late..so this order decreased my on time delivery rate..she asked me for additional work also in chats with changes.. so if i go to fiverr support .. will they increase my on time delivery rate.. please reply.. What CS probably will tell you is something along the lines of it being your own responsibility to deliver your orders on time. If you fail to do so, your on-time delivery stats will go up. This will reset after 60 days though so not all is lost. Next time when you don't think you'll meet the deadline, go to the resolution center and extend the deadline.
