Gigs unqualified for promotion

I was shocked to see all my gigs are stopped from been promoted. What can I do to help? I am a level 2 seller with all my gigs performance above 95% rating

There are a lot of hidden metrics and hidden reviews that are taken into account and not only metrics that you can see. If your other metrics are at 95% then your performance did drop somewhere and most likely one of clients highlighted it in their hidden review.
