(URGENT- FIVERR: PLEASE RESPONS SOON) I HAVE COMPLETED JOB BUT DID NOT GET ANY PAYMENT-order ID (#FO7123EACC381)

HI FIVERR, 
I HAVE POSTED JOB ABOUT IOT SMART HOME PROGRAM AS SELLER WITH PRICE 3125$ ( ATTACHED FILE).
THERE WAS A BUYER (ID: ahmedalfarizi)  ALREADY ASKED THE SUPPORT FROM ME TO DO THIS JOB. I HAVE COMPLETED ALL JOB REQUEST AND JOB REVISION FROM HIM ( ATTACHED ) WITH THE TIME AS AGREED (30 DAYS). THE JOB PROCESS WAS CLEAR AS REQUESTED FROM BUYER BEFORE 30 DAYS.

I HAVE COMPLETED ALL JOB FROM (ID: ahmedalfarizi)  with order ID (#FO7123EACC381) ON TIME (DELIVERED BEFORE DEADLINE 30 days).

NOW I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY PAYMENT FROM FIVERR ( I ASK SUPPORT BEFORE FIVERR WILL HELP AFTER 30 DAYS, BUT AFTER 30 DAYS, THE BALANCE CHANGE FROM 3124$ TO 5$) 

I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED TO FIVERR AND THIS IS ABUSEMENT OF MY SKILL AND INTEGRITY BECAUSE I HAVE COMPLETED ALL MY JOB AS JOB I'VE POSTED WITH 3124$ AND THE BUYER ALREADY PAYED TO FIVERR 3124$ BUT FIVERR ONLY RELEASE 5$. 

THIS IS SERIOUS ISSUE TO FIVERR AND PROGRAMMER SERVICES ETHICS, I BELIEVED FIVERR IS PROFESSIONAL AND GIVE FIVERR TIME TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE SOON ( MAKSIMUM 24 HOURS).

PLEASE RESPONSE SOON, THIS IS VERY URGENT. I HAVE THOUSANDS PROGRAMMER COMMUNITIES IN INDONESIA AND STILL VERY TRUSTED TO FIVERR.

Yes our buyer has accepted the order. The order was delivered verified by fiverr. I had make a ticket, still waiting for best responses from Fiverr. I had spent many resources for this project but fiverr didn't pay me yet.

This is forum, not Customer Support. We're just regular Fiverr users (sellers and buyers), not Fiverr staff, and Customer Support neither visits the forum, nor responds to forum posts.

You say that you're already in contact with Customer Support, so you'll need to keep communicating with them.

Thank you very much for your response. I just share my first experiences in Fiverr, and the support was no response yet. Please help if you have any suggestion, if No, it's ok. thank you very much.

You should not share the username of your buyer on the forum, it is considered sensitive information.

If I had to guess, the earnings from this order probably triggered a review process as it is an uncommonly large sum of money for a basic gig from a new seller. You just have to keep communicating with the CS.

Was the order cancelled, perhaps? Other than that, it could be what @gajuseidisaid, that Fiverr is checking the whole thing because it's really really unusual for a new seller to get such a high price order.

Yes Thank you very Much. The buyer was OK and paid to Fiverr. The problem is possibly from Fiverr systems. I have complaint to fiverr but no response yet. Sorry if possible I edit this post.

I agree with catwriter and gajuseidi and add a little note: maybe you're having trouble with this payment because you didn't verify your identity? I can see a message asking you to provide a ID verification within 5 days or so. 

Just guessing. Anyway, it's better to ask CS and wait for their reply
