I have add my Payoneer account to fiverr. But fiverr take it under review. I want to ask that how long fiverr take to approve the Payoneer account.

Actually it's under review by payoneer, not fiverr.
You can check your email (email you provided while signup with payoneer through fiverr-maybe) if payoneer asked for any information or document.

As soon as payoneer approve your account, you can see it's linked with your fiverr.

If your payoneer account already approved, and yet fiverr showing it in review status in withdrawal method, you can contact fiverr support to update it.
