Paypal / bank transfer fees?

Hey everyone! I've just read that fiverr pays the paypal fees - but every time I withdraw my balance reduces a lot!? Why is this? I thought it was the paypal fees... The same reduction in my balance happens if I try to withdraw to my bank account, too. Any ideas?
