What type of Scam is this?

Buyer is satisfied with delivery and told me to complete order on order page and then at the same time contacted me in personal messages chat and told me that he does not likes delivery and wants a refund what should I do?
Please help me.

go to your inbox and politely ask them to take the discussion about the order to the order page as messages are getting crossed. don't discuss any cancellation in your inbox. Don't bring up the word cancellation. take them to the order page.  Do not deliver the order yet, verify there are no issues, with the customer & dont just cancel orders as soon as the word cancellation is mentioned.

he has a bad behavior i am afraid even if he accepts delivery he will leave bad review
