rickrichards
It is not fiverrs fault. I have a lot of security on my web. I just know when I changed all of the security again with the same results…it is no bueno. Something is up.
celticmoon
Does your revenues page still show your funds being there, even after your attempts to withdraw it? And there’s no doubt in your mind that anyone got into your Fiverr account and detoured the money into their own account? Then definitely, file a report with customer support. Usually the “confirmation to withdraw” emails get diverted into “junk” files, and people can’t find them, or if Fiverr has a security concern, they usually notify you with a message telling you to contact CS. But it sounds like that’s not the case with you. You could be correct: the problem may be your security settings are too high. (I keep mine med-high, which sometimes causes issues, too). So let CS know what’s going on, and see what they suggest.Good luck~
