How do you know the buyer gives a comment and rating how many stars? Before your statement

You can't know, that's the trick. But, after giving your rate, you have a chance to add an aditional comment, to his rate, in case your not agree, or want to explain more.

You don't. Which is, of course, the entire point of a blind review system. You do not need to know how the buyer reviewed you, in order for you to review your experience with that buyer.
