Replies from sellers

hey everyone!

So I'm trying to price out a shopify store, and I have messaged multiple sellers from around the world (excluded US). When I asked additional questions, I get no response. Is this common here? Should I lump all my questions into one huge block of questions and hope for the best? Any advice would be helpful.

Thanks.

Most of us are freelancers, might not be online 24 hours a day, then, if you give all the info in a block of questions, would be easy to respond, but the time for customer attention, might be related too with the availabilty at the time, just take in account that if time, is not the most important thing for you (quality might be better, for example), a little bit of patience would give you some great stuff 😉

Yes, I think that would probably help. I’d say in general, most Sellers will do their best to get to your first message within an hour or two of receipt. Try streamlining the questions a bit and list them clearly in 1 message, and you should find a better response rate.

There is also a chance that your message auto goes to their spam folder.

this is only happen if you copy and paste the same message to many different sellers.

if so, the seller won’t even notice your message, and that’s will explain why no seller reply you
