This is just my way of doing things after creating a gig. I just wait for a few days (around 4-5 days) to see how my gig had been performing. I take a look at the gig statistics(mainly impressions and clicks).

In case my gig doesn't have enough impressions, I try to change the title, tags and gig description to make it rank higher.
