I face notification sound problem...

I've been having notification sound issues for a few days now, 
if I get any inbox massage or order page message I did not get any notification sound on my Android phone and PC both, after getting mail notification from fiverr just I can understand I have get a massage,  
I am online most of the time in 24 hours and my phone and computer have a net connection all the time,  
but after receiving a message I do not get any sound from the Fiverr web and mobile app, 
I don't know, this problem is just happening to me or to someone else,

There are many experienced people here who can help me I hope...

I have never faced this.

Have you cross checked that you tuned on the notifications?
There could be a possibility that you might have turned it off somehow?

yes I did and it is always open to my mobile and pc also
I also know it is not a Fiverr problem  
just I need help if anyone knows any solution for this problem

Hi brother, this has happened with me few times and I have realised that if your screen is on and the dashboard is opened for a while, you may have chances to msis the new messages. I have never faced this problem on my phone though. Try keeping your Fiverr tab minimized if not working on Fiverr.

This is not the end solution for your query but it may be possible that due to such reasons, this problem may arise in future.
