Not able to take tests

I am very new here. While trying to set up my account, I saw that I had to sit for an English exam. I started it and was flying through but around the 23rd question it stopped submitting my responses and showed troubled connection. But all other applications were working perfectly fine. I took the test over 48 hours ago. But now I can't even find the "take a test" option on my profile. What can I do about this?

Did you click any other tabs or any other software during the test was run? if yes it may the cause of your exam became end.  Or if it was not happened and your internet connection was good that time I think you should contact customer support
