Choosing your local currency in fiverr

If you choose your local currency in fiverr will the money will be withdraw in your local currency?

For e.g 

I have selected USD my local currency is INR, I get charged to convert USD to INR. If is choose INR as my currency in seller dashboard will i be able to withdraw money in INR?

see I am also an India seller by changing the currency didn't affect your withdrawal a bit, you get paid in USD only. then you transfer it to your bank with PayPal or Payoneer.
