Maybe they're reviewing it because you wrote "outside of fiverr", maybe they take in consideration those phrases and check if anyone is directing people outside of Fiverr. But you're actually doing the opposite so you should be okay.

Hey man, don't panic. They are just reviewing it. Maybe they blocked your message cause you wrote 'Outside of fiverr' . It will be solved soon. i've faced same problem once
