HELP! Seller did not deliver order keeps blocking cancellation requests what do I do?

Hi I ordered a gig a week ago the seller posted it as completed but nothing was delivered. He does not respond to my messages he just keeps blocking my cancellation requests.

This is really frustrating and I cant seem to find any customer service page here that does anything.



Please help.
