Withdrawal failed

Hello, i am a fiverr seller based in North Africa I’ve been trying to withdraw my money several times this week but it is failing. I initiate a withdrawal it says withdrawal initiated and the funds turn to 0 but when i refresh the funds come back to 60 and it says withdrawal failed in the transaction history
