Being promoted to level 2 get's you more orders?

It might or it might not. Being promoted to a new level doesn’t mean that your gig will be performing better. It’s just to reward you for your hard work.

level is just based on income and orders. If you have experience in a particular part then you will work only that topic . Any one can not get any info about your proper skill. Because you are taking those order which you can complete . And also those order you taking that is easy and comfortable for you. You won't take any complex order which is unknown for you.

Being a level 1 or a level 2 seller just means that you have spent certain amount of time on Fiverr, delivered a certain amount of orders, and earned a certain amount of money. Obviously, for that to happen, some buyers must have accepted your work and paid you for it, but it doesn't really prove anything when it comes to skills, especially not with so many sellers trying to game the system.

My opinion is level does not get more order. Sometime order ratio will increase or sometime decrease.

It's depend on your skills, service quality, If you are skill person then you will be get more orders for any where like level 1 or two does'nt fact
