How many minutes do we get to send an offer at buyer request?

Because when I see a buyer request coming in a few minutes later when I refresh my browser the request goes away.

It takes a lot of time to type and send offers. But the offers sent are also being multiplied. Refresh later, the request does not appear. Now I'm confused as to whether I can actually send offers to buyers now.

Fiverr limits the number of offers that can be sent by a seller from each level. Therefore, if you are a level 0 or level 1 seller, the Buyer Requests disappear quickly because of the amount of competition. It is best to check Buyer Requests often and make an offer on any you are qualified to fulfill quickly.
