When you achieve 95 Score for Repeat business, you will be entitled with this badge. It's evaluated weekly basis.

Hi, you must have earnings from repeat buyers. It is being calculated based on how many earnings you get from clients that are or have ordered from you more than once.

Exactly. Once you go there, you can choose the subcategory where you have the repeat business score available, and you can also see when they update your score. I think it's usually on Sundays, if I am not mistaken. For example, you can see how mine looks like below.
