I have completed the job perfectly within the delivery date but due to some xyz reasons buyer is not happy with it and opened a dispute to cancel order mutually but i dont want to cancel order as i have spent days in completing the assignment and followed instructions of the buyer carefully.

need help ? what should i do in this situation

try to communicate with buyer and find a way to make him agree to try again
