Buyer Cancel order

I have received the order from Buyer that order Tik tok recharge from china site behalf of him / her, then I do it for customer by paying from my VISA card and ask to complete order, then he ask to do Authentication at website with verifying my Passport and VISA card, 

As i feel there are risk to verify my personal details behalf of buyer, I have ask few questions from Buyer,

Then he has cancel my order, due to this incident I have lost the amount pay for site behalf of buyer,

Do you have any advice how to handle such case

Yes, never pay from your own cards because it’s against rules anyway. Why would you even do that. That request and order is shady from the start

I believe the customer as he comes through Fiverr and give him requested service of order items behalf of him,  anyway I did not agree to do Authentication/verification for the site with my Passport & Bankcard as i feel unclear why he requested to do so,,,

he has cancel the order and still i can not see him online

the seller should never pay from his side to any of the buyer things in Fiverr we are charging for service, if there is something which you have to get for the service you provide ask the buyer to buy, like As a developer we like customers to buy their hosting domain whom we can include the package but this cause your data leakage so we prefer never buy anything for a buyer we are charging for service, not selling things
