Why Showing 8 days to auto complete instead of 3 days

Fiverr usually does this on holidays. When there is a prolonged holiday in the buyers country, they will extend the period in case they are unavailable during the holidays. The same happens over christmas. At least this is what I think why it is. Tell me if I'm wrong.

Thanks this looks genuine reason. but i'm looking for some official information.
