Hello

I am very big fan of fiverr, i like this place and have worked 2 month here with a lot of efforts, bringing fiverrs clients quality service

My services included blockchain development, blockchain consulation.

In the past 2 month i had 43 orders, with 5 rate on satisfaction, 98% on delivery etc

Yesterday i got a warning on my screen, i actually went in shock, as i was sure that i had not done anything wrong

I opended a ticket and asked for reason, after 72 hour finally fiverr wrote me that the reason was that i has offered a client a Excact amount users to his social accounts.

..................

Hi again,

You told the following to one user:

"it will bring you totally around real 20.000 followers on twitter. discord, telegram"

Unfortunately, this is not allowed on Fiverr, therefore, you received a warning and it cannot be removed.

Fiverr

..................

I must say that this was very unfair

what i wrote to my client was a fact from some of my previous campaigns for other clients outside Fiverr

THAT'S A ESTIMATED RESULT THAT I CAN BRING BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE IN CAMPAIGNS PROMOTED IN MY TELEGRAM AND SOCIAL CHANNELS

In no where i wrote that will gurantee that amount of people,  also i asked fiverr to show me where on their policy it says that i am not allowed to promote my clients social accounts, but no reply

FIVERR you are making money because us.

I did not break any rule, and i want a appologize and removed the warning

You dont have the balls to accept mistakes or what ?

We work day and night long for adding quality services to your platform and you treat us very bad the way with your unfair warning system.

Maybe you will block me and remove my profile tomorrow for my freedom of speach here in the forum as well ?

Selling followers on social media sites -- any social media site -- or even claiming that something you do will add new followers to social media pages, is 100% against the rules of Fiverr, as well as the rules of those social media sites. It does break the rules, and Fiverr was fair and appropriate in warning you of this fact. You can't sell this as a service, and you cannot claim that your services will provide this.

Unfortunately, you did break a rule, and Fiverr made you aware of this. They presented you with a warning. You would be wise to learn from this experience, and not repeat these actions again. Stop selling any service that promises social media followers as well -- ASAP, in fact.

No mistake was made by Fiverr. This is their site. They make the rules, and we agree to follow them as freelancers on this site. It is also worth noting, again, that Fiverr does not tolerate services that break the legal rules of other sites. Social media sites do not like the kind of services, or claim, that you made to your client.

This is not a freedom of speech issue. This is a "you need to follow the site rules" issue. Please follow the rules, and do not offer services that infringe upon the terms of social media sites (and thus, as such, are not allowed here, on Fiverr).

Dear Bro,

Please think carefully because we could do wrong doings beyond our knowledge indeed!

You're allowed to promote them as long as you're not violating the rules of social media platform. However, you're not allowed to say that you will bring a specific number of followers, because it's something that you can't guarantee.

You didn't say to this client that it was an estimate result. You said "it will bring you around 20,000 followers". When you say it like that, it's a promise that you will bring them 20,000 followers. You need to be more careful about how you word things.

I've never seen anyone blocked on the main site because of something they said on the forum. They can get banned from the forum, but their account on the main site doesn't get affected by that.

You're doing Great, Just choose to write words while talking to the client, But I don't think so Fiverr promote follower hacking the way you write

"It will bring you totally around real 20.000 followers on Twitter. discord, telegram" Every social media company has their policy, thus no one supports this kind of behavior

instead of that you can just say "you'll gain good follow that's my promise "

And about the Fiverr Support team, I do find them not very helpful. but they are doing their part and we ours, I myself got furious many times by the team support but they always got you back,

"KEEP YOUR MOMENTUM GOING, JUST MIND YOUR WORD NEXT TIME YOU ARE DOING GREAT"

This is the page with some relevant rules:

Do not post, offer, or ask for services that infringe third parties’ terms of service.

Quote

Do not post, offer, or ask for:

...Fake engagement and traffic

Followers, traffic, visitors, fans, views on social media platforms, or any other fake engagement on any platform

...

Services that promise outcomes that are not in your control

In certain instances, sellers may be tempted to promise outcomes of their service which is not in their control. For example, guaranteeing to restore your Amazon account or promising an exact amount of viewers for a Youtube video by its digital promotion. Please refrain from promising outcomes that are not in your control because it misleads buyers.

Technically saying "it will bring you totally around real 20.000 followers on twitter. discord, telegram" isn't stating an exact amount of followers because of the "around" - you could see what CS says about that.

But you're still saying "it will bring you totally..." and giving a rough follower amount. Which could be against the "promising outcomes that are not in your control".

So it would be safest not to mention the amount followers they could get (in theory you could use words like "may get..." but that would still be offering followers (but it's not fake followers). It would be safest to just mention the different amounts of promotion you'll do and not mention amounts of followers/possible followers.

Either that, or to explicitly state that in the past, you did A, B, and C, and that resulted in about 20,000 followers, though, of course, you can't guarantee that those results would be the same for everyone. That way, you wouldn't be promising anything, you'd simply state what results you got in the past.
