Will my money be returned after withdrawing them to paypal?

Hi! I tried to withdraw money using paypal and I received an email where I had to specify my paypal, but I can not log into my account. In the letter such text "Get your payment in just a few easy steps. Claim it by 27 April 2022, or it'll be returned to". Does this mean that on April 27 the money will be returned to my fiver account and I will be able to withdraw it in another way? So my money won't disappear?
