Faced a Problem on my gig

Hello, mate!

I'm in trouble. Can anyone help me? My gigs have a lot of impressions but no clicks. Why is this happening, can anyone tell?

Your CTR (click through rate) on your best performing gig is 0.0002%. It's not good news.

From your gig performance graph it is obvious that you've ran a few ad campaigns that yielded no tangible results and yet you're marketing yourself as a "digital marketing expert".

I would suggest working on your skills as a digital marketer before you worry about your gig performance.

I'm new to Fiverr. I've completed five jobs. I'm not getting any work now. What can I do now? I am having an issue with my gigs and require your assistance. My gigs are getting similar impressions (20k, 25k, 30k, etc.) but there is no click. Would you please look through the issue and provide me with a solution? Thank you!

Hello,

Usually when there's many impressions but not many clicks it's about the gig image/cover. Sometimes it's not catchy enough and it doesn't bring much attention.

May you share your gig images with us? We might give you some advise on how to improve them, me personally as a graphic designer.

Hey, yep I checked it out.. So it's not that bad actually.

I've seen and I still see many poor quality and confusing gig images out there, which I don't blame the users for having them. If you don't work in the graphical section it's understandable.

It's clear that it's a good quality image and it's an original piece of work. So I'm not really sure why your clicks stats are so low, really.

But if you want to know what I think about it in a graphical point of view, well I would probably change the font and maybe the color of the text. There's many words in it and when I first look at it I'm not sure what to look at first. Of course "Facebook & Instagram" stands out at first eye, but after that I'm not sure. Probably just brining the text in Uppercase might work. The background is not bad, actually one of my gigs has pretty similar colors that really stand out between all the other gigs on the Fiverr page.

So I'm not saying that you should remove some text, since first impression information are pretty useful for the buyer. But if you're going to have that many information you should follow a hierarchy. So try to distinguish the title so in this case "Facebook & Instagram" AND "Ads campaign" from the rest of the services listed. And then at the end the payoff/slogan you're using so "Grow your Online Business".

I know it's a lot of information to elaborate, and I don't define myself as an expert graphic designer in the communication world. But for my knowledge it's what I would do.

Same thing, it might be the gig cover that is not effective enough. That’s usually the most common reason, but it might be different things. Probably no one really knows how the Fiverr algorithm works at 100%.

There are many impressions in my gig. There is no click. I can't find it with my gig search.  I am drawing everyone's attention. I am facing the same problem every day.  Please help me.
