What happens to the cancelled order after 60 days?

what happens to the cancelled orders after 60 days 
will they no longer affect my Order Completion rate?

Yes, Fiverr only takes into account canceled orders from the past 60 days. 

So you don't have to worry about them affecting your completion rating once the 60 days passed.

Fiverr doesn't value orders canceled from past 60 days. So don't worry and If you facing completion issues then go ask Fiverr customer support they will surely help you out.
