Please need some advice with a client that keeps asking for revisions on something is not my mistake. Voice over gig

Hi everyone ! Please I need guidence on  how to deal with a client, this is the second time she made an order without previously talk to me paying less when the script is 2 gigs, when I sent the extra for the correct amount, she rejected. saying the client dosnt pay more. She is a video producer, is reselling a service she doesnt provide as a voice over talent. It´s this ok ? Why do I have to do an audio sheaper just because she place an order, can I report this to fiverr, or I just have to do it ...

Fine lets do it ( I cant afford a cancelation cuz mi level got down ) 

The script she sent me is to long for an audio of 30 seconds she wants, I expleined that, I recorded the audio sent it and tell her again look full file is 50 seconds it is impossible to make it 30´, cut the script (she has 1 revision)  but she keeps asking me, re recording, re editing as she wants even I offer solutions with the right timming.  without understand that there to many words. I kindly explain everything.  and after severals takes she continues doing the same. 

Firts it is not a client wich I want to work again, is not respecting the price of mi gigs, she´s also a seller on fiverr so she knows how this works...  I told her than before placed an order she most talk to me. She doesnt matter!  Its there a way to block a client? or what can I do ? 

Now I keep sending her new takes of voice and I just hope to end this order,  I noticed that Fiverr support team is not very helpful on this kind of issues, they will tell me to try to solve this with the client. So, I just keep sending retakes ?

So, let me see if I understood: you already gave her one solution that includes the right timing? the 30 seconds she wants?
I would have done that with audio editing, just speeding it up with the software to match the 30 seconds so she can hear how weird it sounds. 

Honestly, I think the best solution you have is to cancel the order. And then send a message to customer service explaining the situation, and asking if they can avoid your statistics going down. 

One cancellation doesn't affect so much as they tell us. 

Oh, and reselling your voice because she's a video editor is one of the most common things in this business. That's normal. But it doesn't mean you have to lower your prices. If her client doesn't pay more, she can't hire you. Period.

One more thing... one cancellation will be there for 60 days. A bad review will be there forever.

Don't let those clients leave you their awful and false reviews.

You  go it ! Actually I did, speed it up and showed her.  She was driving me crazy! Lol...   After a few more takes, she finally gets satisfaced close the order and give me a 5* 

¨One cancellation doesn't affect so much as they tell us.¨-  I was level 2 and just for one cancellation I dropped to no level. It´s been a mont and a half an my completed order percentage is going up very slowly.  Thats why I accept to do it after all,  to try to gain my status... 

If her client doesn't pay more, she can't hire you. - So next time if she places an order, I just cancel it ? As she just decline the extra fair gig for the word count  ?

You don’t have to. Don’t even start work on those orders. Contact fiverr support and tell them that clients placed wrong order and doesn’t have money to pay full price and ask them to cancel it for you.

i can feel that i faced cancellation just because this clients book and demands for high requirements,

In my opinion you should talk to client and clear your points and if she dont agree with your point i prefer cancelation in my view, this type of clients are headache.

and for the ranking down part i dont thing so 1 cancelation effect your gig ranking { i experenced that's why im telling } Dont make client to take your advantage

i feel the same when i contact support team they didnt help in this cases, also i feel like the support team are more buyer oriented.
