Why there is no buyer request ?

i have sent 14 buyer request and now i cant send any buyer request . cause im not getting any option to send request from buyer request page . What should i do now ? is this because i was offline for a long time ?

Buyers Request won't have posts all of the time. If you're not seeing any posts, that means no posts were made by buyers looking for work to be done.
