I want to renew my profile photo, but I always get this message "Your profile picture has been removed because it is probably not your own.". In my old photo I had a hat on. The new one is supposed to be without a hat. Artificial intelligence can be annoying.

What can I do to add the new photo to my profile after all?

 Is that picture that you tried to use anywhere else on the internet, like some other account of yours, or did you use that picture on Fiverr already in the past?  Then maybe take and upload a slightly different one, or change the background colour or something. If it won't work, or you want to use the exact same picture, ask support. 

Sometimes, people get trouble with "false positives", the AI is supposed to avoid people stealing and using other people's images, which generally is a good idea, but, yes, can be annoying.

Probably you are using image that is downloaded from internet may cause that you are unable to update your profile image.

Try to pick your own photo which is related to your identification documents.

Try to use you own photo.

Try to pick your own photo as your NID or any ID card. I think they have matched with your ID. Then he removed your profile picture.
