Buyer has made an order without any requirements and clock is ticking

Hello,

A buyer last night made an order on my gig without any prior communication and he left the requirements completely empty. I have tried messaging him for requirements but he won't respond even though it says he is online. I only have about 9 hours before the deadline and my stats are affected. Should I just try to cancel the order? I think this will affect my stats too though. I have tried messaging CS but it says they will get back to me in a day which will be after the deadline.

Customer support has cancelled the order for me. I advise anyone else having the same problem to contact customer support
