Promoted Gigs

Hi, respected community, I want to know about the additional quality standards for promoting gigs through Fiverr.. My two gigs were eligible for promotion since 4-5 months but suddenly it's showing unqualified (both gigs) due to possible quality issue.. However, my overall rating is 4.9 and all primary requirements are above 90%.. So, what can be the possible reasons behind this..! Thanks for your guidance..

Sorry to hear that. The reason is most likely due to your private feedback metrics. Fiverr asks customers to give private feedback 2-3 days after the order is completed. The answers to these questions have become increasingly important in the Fiverr algorithm and for promoted gigs.

There are some internal matters considered to eligible this feature again. Such as, hidden feedbacks, your gig sharing on social medias and you are able to get some Client's from their to fiverr and so on.
