The seller said they received a chargeback to their bank account. I did not initiate & my credit card does not show a credit.



My seller indicated that my payment, which I show being processed on my credit card, was charged back to their cash account. The sellers direct message to me was:

                       "March 17th Fiverr notified me that they received a fraud complaint from your bank and a chargeback was put through."

I checked with my bank. They have no record of their being a chargeback. Furthermore, I never initiated such a cancellation or return.

BIG QUESTION: Is this something that happened directly on the Fiverr platform, using your merchant services?  

REQUEST: Can some human in customer service from Fiverr contact me? The seller will no longer work with me.

on a second note, not having a clever self service tool, ticket creation process, or customer service line for such a large resource pool is very frustrating.
