I want someone to add subtitles to my spoken voice video. But not just regular words, I want them done in a nice professional way, like a powerpoint presentation, with a bit of flash and variety to it. 
what category would that be on fiverr?

You can search in Category "video and animation" > Sub Category "Subtitles and Captions".

I personally checked it. However the create way asked, you may need to check with the gig who actually work like that way.

 

Additionally, though I don't have gig for that service, but I can do it as well.
