Temporarily Disabled Account

Hi

I’m a level 2 Seller with 5star rating. I reported an unauthorized login to my account and fiverr placed my account on temporarily disabled account, restricting me from receiving gigs. The support personnel ask me to be patient that he has forwarded my complaints. 
Anyone with a similar experience? I’m afraid of losing my account.
