Custom Order in spam folder

Hi.. I have received a custom order & it was in my spam folder. Order says 

"Can you help me establish Orphanage and Nursing homes for me there with my inherited fund? I am ready to compensate you greatly. Here is my email where your reply would be expecting (rokeyahere@gmail.com) for more details"

First I marked it safe & then quickly I realized that I never receive any order in spams so I marked it a spam again.

If someone wants to guide me more about above information, it will be so helpful Thank You.

Fiverr system marked this message as spam.

Basically, we can easily understand that, he is trying to take the seller to the outside of the platform.

As you marked it safe, you should give a reply to avoid losing response rate %.
