Regarding buying services from fiverr

Hi. I am a web designer. Now i have some  balance pending which will be cleared at 22nd March. Now i want to buy one service from fiverr? can i still buy the service? or can i still accept the offer from a seller so that they get paid when my funds are cleared? Thanks
