I demote from Level 2 to level 1 😭

Yes... I demote from Level 2 to level 1  Seller 😭.. Because of Order completion rate...

After canceling an order from a buyer, I didn't get any more orders ... that's the main reason.
I send regular buyer requests and do gig marketing but still can't get any new orders.

So I want the help of experts, what else can I do?

It's very bad.  Only they can feel you pain who also be a part of this problem. 

I also cancelled 2 order last month and my ID is not in good position. 

So don't being hopeless.  I hope good tines comes fast.

Keeping away from the race is kind of punishment to make you more serious in future. You should never do the same thing of order cancellation. You will be more serious about your skill and client communication. 

 

No worries, each 3 month they use to review or kind of delete the previous bad record (order cancellation). Wait and see.
