Text chat with customer as a gig?

Hi, i just registered and trying to figure out what i can and what i can't do on fiverr.

I would like to offer as a gig/service a teaching services via text chat sessions time limited to 1h per session. Is it possible within fiverr? From what i found so far i saw only mentions of video chat but i do not have camera and i would prefer it to stay that way.
