How I connect with my existing client and get repeat order!

Mainly I provide label and packaging design service. And done almost 150 order. But there are less than 1% repeat client I have.

So I just want to know which side I should pay more attention to improve that? Can you please share your experience?

If your previous clients need your service again and if they're satisfied with your work, they will order from you again.

If they don't need your service again or if they've found a seller they like better, they won't.

My advice would be to try providing a better service than competing sellers do. If quality can't be improved, then improve the quantity instead. At least I return to a seller who provided more than others, as long as quality was met.

Sometimes you can also do other things to improve the odds of a buyer returning, like being extra polite and communicating well. You can even offer freebies on top of a delivery to make buyer love you even more.,
